1. Regulatory Licensing Disclosures

All plumbing work is performed under the direct supervision of a Texas Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). Master Plumber Lic #M-41982 / RMP #38491.

2. Upfront Quotes & Written Scopes

Town Square Plumbing Co. adheres strictly to upfront flat-rate pricing. Diagnostic findings and written repair proposals must be authorized in writing by the property owner or authorized property representative before mechanical work commences.

3. Municipal Permits & Code Compliance

In accordance with City of Southlake Building Inspection ordinances and regional Texas municipal codes, permits are pulled for water heater installations, gas line additions/modifications, repiping, and sewer replacements. We handle all required municipal inspections and coordinate final hydrostatic tests.

4. Warranty & Restoration Boundaries

We provide robust labor warranties on our plumbing installations in addition to manufacturer equipment warranties. Our scope of work covers plumbing diagnostics, mechanical line repair, hydrostatic testing, and sanitary cleanup of our immediate work area. Drywall texture patching, custom tile reconstruction, painting, and commercial water extraction restoration are quoted as separate specialized scopes.
